Urban Mushroom Farming - Social Creatives

There are many ways to help the planet – from composting organic waste to growing our own food. Sometimes, those ways converge beautifully and the sum is greater than its parts.

That’s what happened when two UC Berkeley students decided to grow mushrooms with recycled coffee grounds. The result: a successful startup.
